One account per person. The Free plan allows you to belong to one cinema; Premiere allows you to belong to up to three. A Premiere plan belongs to the cinema and covers everyone in it. You're responsible for what you post and for anyone you hand a guest pass to. Some features rely on outside services (movie databases, venue search, AI suggestions, and payment processing); the privacy page explains what each one sees.

Monthly and annual Premiere plans renew automatically until cancelled. Eligible new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancelling later stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.

The Founding Household Pass is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. It keeps Premiere available to that cinema for as long as Our Cinema continues to offer the service. Promotional gifts and trials may have their own stated end date and may be changed or withdrawn.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We may change Premiere pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price increase, and any new price will apply no earlier than their next renewal after the required notice period.

If we offer a special or grandfathered price, its terms will be stated when it is offered. Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription ends any grandfathered or promotional pricing, and a later subscription will use the price available at that time.

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within four business days of the charge. We will usually issue a refund when we confirm an erroneous charge, but this is not a guarantee. This policy doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

The billing information we hold, and who processes your payments, is explained in the Privacy Policy under “Payments”.

• Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that isn't yours to share.
• Don't try to reach another couple's cinema, or automate against the site.
• Guest passes are for people you know — you can revoke one at any time.

Our Cinema is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or that your data will always be recoverable. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose.

You can cancel a Premiere subscription from Settings and delete your cinema at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deleting an account or cinema does not by itself create a refund or cancel charges already due. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
